Excellent collection of a faulty mattress. I was kept updated on their eta although the app seemed to freeze at times. The driver called when he was 10 minutes away. Two lovely, polite and conscientious young men wrapped it up and took it away. Very smooth untroubled process and I will definitely use Rhenus next time I need something delivered.

Great communication / easy to organise delivery

Delivery company contacted me to keep me informed of delivery date and the day before provided me with a time slot. The day of delivery they let me know they were on their way. Brought all the boxes in and put them where I requested, really friendly deliver people.

On time, 2 man delivery which I had to pay for the larger item. Asked where my preference was to leave the boxes

Both delivery men were very nice, happy, chatty, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. They delivered our sofa on time and set it down in the room so all we had to do was remove the packaging. Thank you.

Delivery times were forwarded in advance. Exact time was per a telephone call from the driver. Driver very polite and helpful, placing items in area requested. Was to be a two man delivery but the one man managed fine.
