Mislabeled / misleading
We ordered 6 frothing tins in 2 sizes. The small ones were not labeled properly and are smaller than advertised. The large ones were much bigger than expected. We attempted to return them UNUSED in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and we're told we have to pay a significant restocking fee and return shipping fee. After the fees, we will recoup less than 50% of our cost. When I called, I was told if the items are dropped shipped when you order off the website, you have to pay a restocking fee and return shipping. And also in the return policy it states if you want to know an item has dropped shipped or not you have to call ahead before you order it. So basically if you want to avoid losing a significant amount of money in the event of a return, you have to call first to make sure items are not drop shipped before you place your order. Absolutely ridiculous return policy and completely unethical. Websites that use drop shipping are misleading you to believe that they have a warehouse when in essence they are just passing your order on to a third party. BUYER BEWARE!!
