The technician is polite and knowledgeable. He checked few things and immediately found the problem . Fixed in an hour or do.

They came to fix my oven door. I've been with Domestic General for over 5 years, since my first visit. I advise you to spend a little money to be peaceful if something happens.

The service was great - engineer came when expected, was super polite, knowledgeable - flawless - would have been a 5 star review if it hadn’t taken almost a week for an engineer visit to be offered.

Engineer arrived late with no update but came with required part and fixed the fridge, so no further delay in ordering part

Engineer turned up early, fast friendly service. Fixed leak on washer dryer although machine still beeps error message during Wash/ dry cycle.

Not impressed on this occasion. Following an engineer visit writing my washing machine off due to non availability of parts, D&G seem unable, or unwilling to commit to replacing my appliance, despite being left with a faulty machine. In the current weather, it's reasonable to use more clothing etc. but they don't seem to care too much. So no, not happy with D&G this time around, they need to do better.

I'm very happy with their services. I have required their help before and was pleased with their results, so I was confident of the engineer doing an equally good job this time round.

The two guys who came to look at the hob were both great. The time it took two get it fixed wasn’t. 4 weeks without a hob left me with lots of moans at home
