Engineer arrived within the time slot that was pre-advised, was very polite and professional and finished the repair as required.

Great service today very pleased. Problem was diagnosed and fixed whilst he explained how to keep it from happening again.
2nd repair visit only to confirm what we already knew from the first: that the appliance is beyond repair and needs replacing. Now we need to call a 3rd time, and possibly wait again. It'll be a month without a functioning fridge/freezer. It's stretching the negative customer experience to the limit. We need a solution; not repair visits that yield nothing but headaches.
