Engineer tried his best but voltage failed to reach right side of plates. After an hour of testing and retesting, wiring and re-wiring, he decided that it is impossible to repair hub. Engineer suggests that ‘ Domestic and General ‘ must replace Electrolux hub.

Bradlee phoned with an eta, which was appreciated as I was still in bed, it was just after 7.10am. He brought his tools in and set about the complicated repair to our integrated fridge freezer. He worked on it for well over and hour, and I’m pleased to say it’s working again.

The engineer arrived and immediately understood the problem. He replaced the computer board and checked the washing machine was working correctly. Very quick and efficient. Very pleasant young man. Highly recommended. Excellent work.

He was very polite, punctual and determined (!). He was given the wrong “engineer’s box” apparently so it was a much longer job for him. But he didn’t give up.
