The rats are gone. Jodie is great. She's very thorough. We're situated in a student area so the plan was twofold; killing off the infestation we had and then making small adjustments to our building to stop them getting in. Also having the peace of mind of being able to get a call out anytime if we heard anything or suspected the rats were back. The recommendations were small, easy to fix things to ensure the rats couldn't get back in. It's a great service.

In the space of a few weeks, Brandon has managed to locate our rodent problem, manage it and essentially eliminate it from inside the voids/drainage system. He is a very helpful pleasant young man who listened when we explained our problem, a problem we feel could have been dealt with long before now had the previous technician took us seriously.
First class service from the team, from Johnny doing the detailed survey with clear pricing. Work started on the date at the allotted time with two excellent employees whom were courteous at all times. The work was compleated by the plaster again excellent workmanship.
