There was a lot of confusion at the start - I contacted Rentokil via email that I suspected rats in my loft. However I kept on getting emails back effectively saying that they couldn't give me a quote without actual physical evidence which was really annoying. However eventually a really nice employee rang me and arranged for a surveyor to inspect (which is what I wanted in the first place). The Rentokil Pest Controller was excellent. Polite, personable, knowledgeable and diligent - I have learned a lot about methods and rat behaviour. He is a real credit to the company and I am able to be confident in a job well done.

I already sent a review a few months ago stating that this company does not cater to those that cannot use a telephone due to being disabled or living in a rural and no signal area - stating that they only book appointments via telephone with no exceptions. Since then, this company has sent me several emails asking for more information- the same information each time which I keep giving them. I have asked several times for them to stop contacting me but they ignore me and continue. I will now have to report them to trading standards and the police. Never in my life have I had to deal with a harassment situation with a company.

Andy came round and was so helpful and understanding.. thoroughly professional but also very friendly. Did a thorough inspection and found the problem straight away and got to work immediately.. brilliant at what he does in every way. His knowledge is deep and genuinely fascinating. A really great lad and total credit to your company.

Jake was a great operator. Very direct and professional. Found our issue within 5 minutes of arriving at our property.

Staffing and customer service problems. The actually work they carry out on site visits is fine- the problem is that they do not appear to be able to retain staff or appear to treat their staff well and so whenever I have a site visit booked no one turns up and no one lets me know. I then have to chase until a temporary staff member turns up. Customer service is amateur.

Very informative and carried out the work as needed and suggested other measures that could help. Our key person Joseph Clack is very detailed in his explanations of what rodent activity we have and what the best course of actions are.

Vicky, our Rentokil technician, has visited several times and has been most helpful to us. She is always so pleasant and professional.

Just had last routine visit of the year. Excellent service from Max Alvers throughout 2024. Always on time, courteous, respectful, patient, keeps me fully informed of what he's doing and gives helpful advice on how to stay rodent free. I cannot fault his professionalism and approach to work.

I feel like an idiot. Being my first time dealing with mice, I assumed I was going for a very standard tried and tested treatment with a reputable company, but after I paid almost £600 (!!!) for 3 visits, I discovered that mice rarely fall for the traps, and meanwhile all Rentokil "experts" did was put a couple more traps each time. I can say that after over a month and with £600 less in my pocket, we have more mice than ever. Don't waste your money!
