They check every single thing to ensure everything is in order and even sometimes there are recommendation they follow it up on the next visit to ensure that there are no recurring problems. Also, I just want to especially mention Lee Woodward who's been looking after our shop for many years now, he is an asset to your company I must say!

We were having major pest issues at one time and Darren has worked hard and liased with us to eradicate these issues. He's done a great job and continues to do regular visits to ensure the problem doesn't reoccur.

I have asked for a refund for missed visits but "Head Office" are ignoring it. I am not Rentokil's quality manager, if you miss the visits then refund the money.

I manage FM for a site which in the past has been plagued with rodent issues. William Fisher our Rentokil technician is attentive, efficient and I have seen his confidence and knowledge base grow. My client is very happy with the work Will does, the complaints regarding pests on site have ceased and they can see that he works hard to ensure everything is kept under control, raising valid recommendations for works to be completed to prevent further infestations. He is such a polite well mannered young man, always respectful and a pleasure to have around. Thanks Rentokil and Will for making my life easier as the FM managing a challenging environment.

All our Rentokill technicians have always been friendly and gone above and beyond to look after us, Niall has recently taken over the care of our premises and is no exception. We've continued to recieve great service and although we've had quite a few problems with pests last year and earlier this year thanks to rentokill on our last few routine check ins we've been pest free!

Regular site visits by Jessica keeps our premises pest issues under control. Jessica is always pleasant and helpful.

A huge thank you to Mathew who helped us out with the situation we had at home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. I couldn’t recommend him enough! :)

Quedaron en venir a las 12.30 del jueves Una Srta llamada Fani que visitaba a personas del maresme Puedo estar esperando Pero me pregunto , sino puedes lo puedes decir . A la fecha de hoy no responde después de llamarla un montón de veces y da la llamada , esta en línea y no lo coge. Poca seria !!!
