We have no complaints about the actual pest control. However, there is such a high staff turnover that we have to waste an awful lot of time showing new operatives around our premises. The administration side of the business is also problematic with appointments often not kept.

From initial call requesting help with rodent issue in upstairs bathroom, all staff I have come into contact with have been quick to respond, very knowledgeable and helpful. Lyndy is currently attending weekly to monitor and assess situation. She is our little 'star'.

Terrible service they are living off the reputation of the name. Very poof service and very expensive... AVOID!!

We have the same person every time which is great, don't have to keep showing different people where to go. Santa is wonderful, polite, does a thorough job and explains what she is doing really well. She is also on the end of the phone if ever you do have a problem. Would 100% recommend.
