David is a very through technician who ensures everything is in tip top condition. If you have any concerns he will listen and action them promptly. He also offers good advise and recommendations to help reduce any pest activity.

I have dealt with rats around my house myself, but I now have rats in my garage that are getting into my kitchen cavity walls and I can hear them gnawing. I found a dead one under my kitchen units. Because of this I called out Rentokil. They came out promptly. Good start. However, all they did was put down five rat traps and some tracking gel and charged me £630+. No rats have been caught; they are still there in the cavity wall. Six hundred and thirty quid and I have nothing to show for it, not even a dead rat! I can buy rat traps on the high street for pennies. I’m single and have a tiny income. I don’t have £630 to throw away. I knew I needed rid of the rats urgently at called Rentokil because I thought they had a good reputation. I’ve been absolutely ripped off and I’ve still got the rats to deal with. This is scandalous. What would you do?
