I bought a new build that has unfortunately come with some major defects, including the property not being appropriately vermin proof which led to rats in my walls and mice in my kitchen. I cannot thank Dom (Thoburn) and Joe (Cork) enough for taking this stress away and giving me one less problem to deal with. The knowledge between the two of them led to the very quick identification of the problem and subsequent resolution, all whilst trying to keep the costs down for me as the customer. Every company needs a Joe; super passionate about what he does, goes above and beyond to put you at ease and always has a warm, friendly smile on his face. Joe made booking follow up appointments easy and was happy to work around my schedule, he kept Dom the initial surveyor in the loop which made it easy for me and he worked quickly to resolve my issues which is all greatly appreciated. I’m almost sad to say he’s got rid of the rodents!

Everything when I need them he is always available. Stuart is very professional and efficient. He is doing amazing job!

I wonder if this is Rentokil's business model. I'm a landlord; my tenant wanted out of his lease so pretended he had an insect infestation. The Rentokil agent came promptly, said there was a mouse infestation and tried to sell me an eradication and maintenance contract. Suspicious, I asked the Council's Pest Control officer to take a look. It took them a week to come round and confirm there was no sign of any kind of infestation. I called the Rentokil agent and he shamefacedly said he wasn't 100% sure about the mouse infestation. At that moment, Rentokil lost its reputation (and the tenant lost his deposit!).

Your technician Billy, has been attending my sons flat in Peterborough ( the contract with you was via firstport) just wanted to pass on some praise for Billy, who throughout the 6 visits has been helpful, cheerful and informative and most of all successful in eliminating the squirrels problem. We also really appreciated his flexibility, punctuality and dedication.

I brought a bed frame from Dunelm, after a month lice starting coming out of the headboard. After 4 weeks they contacted rentokil to carry out a report. Tony was fantastic, more helpful than the entire customer service team at Dunelm. Rentokil even arranged the collection of the old bed. Would absolutely recommend this company, Tony and Chris were very helpful.

Ross, the new service technician, was welcoming, polite and expertly carried out the placing of mouse bait and explained clearly to me what he was doing and general issues to do with mouse behaviour.

Had a very friendly lady, Olivia visit was helpful and explained everything she could do to help with the situation would definitely recommend and was also able to contact herself with any other queries I had and also informed me of times etc when coming to do visits

Alex is a very considerate man who always goes out of his way to accomadate the schools needs. His dedication during our rat outbreak, which he handled brilliantly is testament to his professionalism. Always a pleasure having him call and he is a credit to your company.
