The whole team were very polite, clean and punctual.They explained in detail the procedure they were doing to get rid of the rats. My only draw back was the price. I thought the £4 700 was a bit extortionate given that really we only had 3 weeks of rat poison the old loft insulation taken away and a good clean.

Advice given for our rodent problem.Rentokil is very expensive though.

From the word go both Steve (for the first visit) and then Arron thereafter did an excellent job. From locating the only markings of entry at a drain between the two houses, to finding and blocking the nest, to proofing the cellar where necessary. All round an excellent job. It is now the end of January and the cellar has been free of pests since September. A great job, well done.
