They gave very good information regarding the problem we we're having with bed bugs nothing was to much trouble very friendly always happy to go that extra mile and said any problems at all in between visits to give them a call very good service for the money just hoping the problem is now solved

Jess (our regular service provider) is always very helpful with us. Very knowledge-able in the field and will always be happy to help with queries and advise. Jess is always very personable, relatable and approachable. Jess will be missed at our venue as we are switching providers.

We had a lot of issues with mice and all team member was feeling not to go to back to have lunch we was really scared and felling uncomfortable to sit down use the office. they checked everything and he was doing regular check to see if he can help to stop them he was really good with his job he done everything to get ride of them now we don't have any we fell really safe to use our back office he still coming and doing routine checks. Our engineer always displays professionalism when onsite and understands specific issues associated with our premises. The record of findings are discussed and recorded and appropriate actions sought to ensure "pests" are controlled.

Dave.H. who comes to service our premises is always a delight, very friendly and always a pleasure to see him come in. He does a thorough job and always has a smile when doing so!
