Was very impressed by how quickly everything was set up for us after we contacted you . Your representative Ross came every Friday and was very punctual and friendly . Knows his job inside out and any questions were answered in a knowledgeable way

I had a very concerning experience today involving a Rentokil van (number plate: DN71 VWR). The driver was driving aggressively, tailgating the car in front of them and maintaining an unsafe distance, which made me feel unsafe on the road. This reckless driving could have easily led to an accident. I expect much higher standards from a company like Rentokil, and I’m disappointed by this behavior. I hope they take this seriously and address it with their drivers. I tried to report this directly to the company but couldn't find an email address.

I asked several times for a visit. Promised but never made. Not happy with the service. We have caught no mice since v expensive kit put in but my husband has seen one Please ask the relevant operative to contact me G Rowe
