Just ask for Rachel she is the best! Her personality was so calming and sweet. She asked me what it is that I needed and we made a plan to execute would recommend her over and over again.
I signed up for the service, and Chloe took it over from there. She was on top of things and did a wonderful job. Best bang for the buck. One of the best features is their text communication. It made the interaction effortless.

1st off the personal customer service is fantastic. 2nd, Rental Kharma did what they said they would do and they worked with my landlord to show 2 years and 8 months of on-time rental history. I did not have much increase in my score, but it's only been 1/2 month and I really have very little credit history. Going to give it a few months to see where it goes.
