This service was spectacular! I would continue using it but I no longer need the service. They were so good the are partially responsible for me and my family getting into our new home with a good low percent rate. I really recommend you do this if your credit is suffering. I was able to back log three years worth of payments which really boosted my score quickly. Thank you rental karma, I appreciate your service!!

Such a great help! Even after making sure all bills were paid on time for the past 2 years, I just couldn't seem to get any traction towards improving my credit. By havingmy rental payments reported, my score jumped 18 points and I finally cross the 610 threshold! Thank you!

Great service would be better if reported to more bureaus

Started out with a bump of 32 points on my credit score. Gave me my 2 years of rental history and continues to report monthly my positive payments. So far so good. I am happy that I moved forward on this.

Very good company and timely updates to your credit although I wished they reported to all three credit companies

Quick and easy process

I m so happy that I have signed up for Rental Kharma. The process took two weeks my credit score jumped to 40 points so as my husband. So I highly recommend to use Rental Karma if you would like to have your rental to be reported in your credit report as a positive account.

This was a great resource to get us the quick boost we needed to improve our Transunion Fico 2 score when we were shopping for mortgage loans. Experian boost had worked well for Experian but Transunion was more of a challenge. This worked great!

My overall rate is a 3. I have not yet seen the benefits in having this service. Perhaps in the next 2 months I will see the benefits

Worked with Chloe, initially, and Calvin on my followup/enrollment and have nothing but the best to say about them. Going on 3 months of service and literally have zero complaints. To be more detailed, I was initially concerned with monthly/ongoing rental verification (due to my landlords’ work schedule). After speaking with Chloe (she offered me a multitude of monthly verification choices that would best fit my scenario), I was well informed with what to tell my landlord to expect. Called back and dealt with Calvin who helped me set up my account and made the initial process with my landlord a breeze. Communication from the RK team is beyond the standards of most companies in today’s fast paced world and everyone I’ve spoken with has expressed a genuine concern for me and my wife. Tremendous value as is but excited for the future with Rental Kharma and the hope of three bureau reporting. An overall exceptional value with a super sweet team to boot. Truly cannot be happier with the service to this point. Bravo, Rental Kharma!
