After waiting 1 week to get signed up....I get a text message about who owns my mothers property. They tried to tell me someone else's name is listed as the owner. My mom has had her property for almost 10 years. Then they tell me she will have to prove it. I don't think so. Refund me please!

They have one of the best customer services ever. I have had bad credit for a while now. I had loans and collections that were taking a severe toll on my credit. Every thing that they say & the order of it was exactly that way I was @ first scared because of all this fraud but they were on point.

I google sites that would help include renters payments to the credit bureaus and I found Rental Kharma. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. The representative that assisted me was Chloe. She walked me through everything, very thorough, professional, and her knowledge of the job was outstanding. She made me feel totally comfortable and assured me my results would be favorable. And she was right my scored jumped immediately. I'm so happy. I have plans for next year and I needed to get my score at a better level. Chloe even followed up with me and advised me my score had changed. There is a monthly fee, inexpensive but its worth it. This experience started off great great great until I applied to have my rental history expanded to 5 years. The 1 year rental history i previously had was removed from my report which caused a deep decrease in my Transunion credit score by 88 points. Since I am in the process of trying to buy a house, this was devastating for me because this tanked my median score position. I cannot protest a credit score so I am literally screwed now on this report unless something miraculous happens. The RK team must be more careful not to remove positive items from credit reports even if they are putting them back on as the removal activity itself of a positive account is damning for a credit profile. For future reference, if someone is upgrading, the old account should simply be reported as paid as agreed in good standing and a new account set up under the new agreement so that your company doesn't run the risk of ruining someone's credit. I've been working so hard on my scores over the last year and a half and I am devastated and totally unsure if I'll be able to buy a house this year and I've been stuck where I am for 5 years. What a downer....
