Rentalcover Com Reviews

Had several questions about what was covered and the support team was incredibly helpful and patient. They explained everything clearly and helped me choose the right coverage level for my needs. Really impressed with their knowledge and service.

Works well for most destinations but found some limitations for certain countries. The coverage itself is good quality when available. Would be great if they expanded to more locations.

Does what it says on the tin. Reasonable prices and straightforward coverage options.

Been using them for three trips now and never had any issues. Easy to purchase online and the confirmation comes through immediately.

The policy itself is comprehensive and covers most scenarios you'd worry about. However, when I needed to file a claim for property damage, the process took longer than expected and required multiple follow-ups. Eventually got resolved but was frustrating.

Website is clean and easy to navigate. Got a quote in minutes and purchasing was seamless. The policy details are clearly explained without too much insurance jargon.

Booked a luxury villa in Tuscany and wanted protection for the hefty deposit. Rentalcover's policy covered everything I was concerned about including host cancellations and property issues. Thankfully didn't need to claim but felt secure knowing I was covered.

While the initial purchase was smooth, filing a claim was more complicated than expected. Had to provide extensive documentation and the approval took weeks. The coverage is good but the claims experience could be better streamlined.

Used Rentalcover for my European vacation rental and it was worth every penny. The coverage was comprehensive and the policy documents were clear and easy to understand. Customer service responded quickly when I had questions before purchasing.

The insurance coverage is solid and gives good protection for vacation rentals. However, the premium feels a bit steep compared to other travel insurance options I've seen. Still recommended if you're booking expensive properties.

Had to cancel my Airbnb last minute due to a family emergency. Rentalcover processed my claim efficiently and I got most of my money back. The online claim form was straightforward and they kept me updated throughout the process.

Used this for a month-long rental in Japan and felt much more confident having the coverage. The policy covered host cancellations, property damage, and even some travel disruption scenarios. Great value for longer stays abroad.
