Softner stopped working 3 times within 3 months time
I bought a package of a water softener and water filter from Renewal water Filtration in March 2025 for €1195. When I inquired on WhatsApp, I got a reply and they installed it quickly. The advertisement says that it a is 0% limescale remover. Two weeks after installation, the salt that was put in again was not reduced. Not only that, I started seeing limescale on the sides of the taps. So I informed them about this. A week later, a new technician came and fixed it. After another two weeks, after refilling the salt again, it stopped working. Then, I tried to contact them from my phone on various phone numbers of this company several times, but they did not pick up the phone. Then I called from another phone number and they thought it was a new customer and picked up the phone. I said I want either a replacement or a refund. So after a week, the same technician came and said that he would replace the mother board. After the repair, he gave me some limescale test strips. Then he said that after three days, I would get the results. When I looked at the strips, only a little limescale had decreased. After a few days, when I refilled the salt, I realized that it had stopped working. So on the night of June 17, I sent all details to their WhatsApp and email along with a photo. Even after a week, I did not get a reply. After that, I sent a message saying that if I don't get my money refunded, I will file a case in the consumer court. Then they called me right away. They said that if i regenerate it, it will work again. I said I don't know anything and i dont need any repair of your machine. Then after the phone conversation, another person called and said that they will refund only the cash for the softener. But they won't take back the water filter. I said that I bought both of these as a package, so you have to take back both of them. They didn't agree to that. Then i said that I will file a case. So after two days, they said that they will let a technician inspect before refunding. So after three weeks, on 10th July the technician came. So he tried to fix it again. So I said that you just need to inspect it, don't repair it. So he got very angry and fitted everything as before and left. I sent an email to customer care and said that they should refund me or I will file a case today. Then they said that it was not a complaint of the softener, it was a problem of float. They said that since it was not a problem of the software, they cannot refund the money, and if you want, you can file a case. I first complained about this machine 30th April. After that, the same technician came twice time to check and repair it. They even change the mother board too. Then he couldn't find it. From this,I understood that either their technician is not well trained or this company has a very bad attitude towards its post customers. They only want new customers. Anyway, I have filed a case for 25 euros. It is better to think carefully before you buying their products. There are many water softeners available that work well.

Highly recommend renewal water…
Highly recommend renewal water filtration system installation to anyone. My sister recommended this to me a year ago, and I was constantly buying bottled water daily( which as we all know adds up to a fair amount, no doubt at the end of the year). So we decided to go with renewal water a few weeks ago. And I can honestly say, the difference in bottled water in comparison to the water filtration system we now have, is unbelievable. The difference let's just say no more buying of bottled water. The water is so clear and clean, plus the advantage of 100% guaranteed to drink 24/7. Thank you to the customer service, and to Stephen who done the installation, the company overall, a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone that is considering looking into this system. Thoroughly delighted with it. Thanks folks.

We are really happy with the Smart RO+Nanod installation for our water system. We can assure that the drinking water tastes really good and neither we have to worry about the hardness in water for bath due to the shower filters provided by Renewell water. We have our Pro Elite 1 for 18 months..
We have our Pro Elite 1 for 18 months now, and can highly recommend the unit and Renewell as a company. Customer service is excellent, filters are excellent quality and the unit is excellent value for money. Any minor issues were sorted by Simon in a very short time. Fitting in Donegal in short time and replacement filters are very easily fitted. All staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

I made an enquiry on the Friday afternoon..the following Tuesday evening it was fitted..the guy that fitted the water filter was an absolute gentleman..talked me through how it works..water from this filter is much better then bottle water for sure ..

when I moved into my new house previous…
when I moved into my new house previous owner had an odd/defunct water filter and soft water system, and Renewell Water gave me great advices. I decided eventually to give a go to filter system and also softwater systems, as i was not familiar at all. They gave great advice and explanations on what those systems are and benefits they provide. Also very happy with Renewell staff (sales and technicians) - Great experience to date.
