Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these

500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

Rem Fit Bamboo Charcoal Pillow
purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

REM-Fit 500 Cool
I recently bought the REM-Fit 500 Cool Gel Pillow, says on the website Stay dry and cool with Re-Ax® fibres that absorb excess heat and wick sweat. Totally false claims, I very nearly returned the pillow as it actually made my face sweat, whichever part was touching the pillow, I kept waking up totally soaked. Then I tried removing the pillow cover, and that solved it. The pillow cover makes me sweat

Delighted, wished we had done it sooner.
After experiencing far more comfortable beds on recent holidays we decided we needed to replace our mattress. After a lot of browsing the Internet and checking reviews we decided on a Rem-fit 600 mattress. Any concerns were quashed with their generous return policy. Well several weeks later and we are still impressed with the comfort of our mattress. Our sleep patterns have much improved. Easy to get off to sleep and soon back asleep after waking during the night. For us this is such a comfortable mattress, not soft but not too firm...as Goldilocks would say, " it's just right" Great value too....
