After TracFone denied the number transfer, I got on the phone with the first Redpocket rep, explained what was happening and that TracFone did this to my husband's transfer 3 months earlier and he immediately got Redpocket porting to make the transfer. Perfect service!!!! And, I am very happy with the plan I have and connection. Thank U!!!!!

I was chatting with RP CS Stephen and he was really helpful with the issue I had with my network connection
They take your money for a payment, but do not credit the account. I had autopay on, had money removed from my bank account, but redpocket still disconnected because they somehow didn't register the payment. I cancelled the autopay and now EVERY month I have to pay, then call and wait on hold for 20 minutes or longer while they try to credit the payment to the account. Getting ready to switch carriers again because it's not worth the money I save to have to spend 30 minutes each month on hold because they don't know how to correctly process a payment.
Leslie was very responsive and asked the right questions. She didn't make me to through too many steps or repeat the steps I've already taken. Walked me through everything and resolved my issue quickly.
