Cheaper than big name with comparable quality.
Very affordable prices with great range of choices. Always works as well as a big carrier, never have to think about my service, just works. Customer support chat is always fast and helpful. Thank you CS Leslie for quickly helping me with my problem.

"RP CS Jennie" was good; Red Pocket itself needs work
"RP CS Jennie" helped me resolve my issues. It wasn't fast, but she was patient. The main issue was that even though I paid $30 when purchasing my SIM card on eBay, the $30 hadn't been credited to my account. Redpocket.com was saying "Need Initial Refill, $30." So that is something Red Pocket should work on, to make the activation experience go smoothly.

Best customer service out there
I had an issue with my plan and at first customer service was lacking, but then when I retried and was connected to Marlone, he did an excellent job and understood the frustrations I faced! Overall, they are excellent, but their customer service never fails to impress! Thank you Marlone!
