Awesome User support experience by Jennie
The request I had was not a typical request. I had to wait until my sim kits be shipped to be able to convert them to eSIM. But since I was in specific situation Jennie, helped me to activate my sim kit. I have always had great user support experience with Redpocket. But This one issue is resolved by Jennie and I greatly appreciate it.
