Stephen was persistent in finding a solution to my payment issue.
Stephen was persistent in troubleshooting are resolving my issue with payment. He was courteous and patient the entire time we were engaged. He also regularly updated me on progress.

Horrible service
Horrible service! Just this month, they cut off my phone service randomly, claiming that they were updating the MMDA system (which was a lie). Then, the "update" cut off my auto-renewal and now I don't have phone service again! For the 2 years I have used them, they have randomly cut off my hotspot, I have lost service at random, customer service is terrible, etc. I absolutely despise this company! It's a scam!
