Ordered washing machine for delivery through website. One week later no sign of even dispatch let alone delivery. Website changed from "in stock" to showing the model as "sold out". Contacted sales to find out the cause of the delay. Was fobbed off saying my details would be passed on to another member of staff who would investigate and call me back. As of close of business I've had no call back.No idea if I will ever receive the machine at all which I now need urgently. Very poor!

Hiye...I tried everywhere in Dublin to get the Dji Osmo P3 to no avail till June, I saw Redmond online so I made a call and was very well pleased that they had it...promised 2 business working days and they were true to their word...Great Service and Great product Will shop there again I'm sure Cheers Bryan
Top class customer service, I order a large Kamado and due to an error on my part, I contacted Nicola who could not have been more helpful and efficient in correcting my mistake getting the order recalled and the correct item dispatched. Delivery was also fast.
