No sign of washing machine or customer service.
Ordered washing machine for delivery through website. One week later no sign of even dispatch let alone delivery. Website changed from "in stock" to showing the model as "sold out". Contacted sales to find out the cause of the delay. Was fobbed off saying my details would be passed on to another member of staff who would investigate and call me back. As of close of business I've had no call back.No idea if I will ever receive the machine at all which I now need urgently. Very poor!
