Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Superior Customer service

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

Amazing experience with Rebel!

We had Rebel installed two weeks ago and so far our experience has been AMAZING! First and foremost - internet signal is great throughout the house (unlike before with Virgin superfast when we couldn't get enough signal to the 2nd floor even with loads of boosters). Also the installation process was great, a respectful engineer who figured out the best way to position the wire so it didn't look rubbish at the front of the house and just generally took care. Then the user experience is great around it - great app, ability to change your password super easily, features that complacent incumbents just don't have. And it's such good value! Very happy we took the chance on this new company and hope it succeeds as it's a breath of fresh air in an industry that needs it!

BE A REBEL! MAKE THE CUT!

Excellent choice! Since moving away from BT we haven’t had any issues whatsoever. The kit sent works flawlessly and the software to go with it is great.. no regrets about the move away from the founder provider and rather the money in my pocket than theirs! Great product at an incredible price in comparison. Thank you Rebel!

Excellent Service

We recently switched from Talk Talk where our coverage was patchy and almost impossible to contact a human to fix a problem. At rebel fibre we have been given the VIP service and they have set the standard for how internet providers should treat their customers. The service has been second to none and the connectivity throughout the house and even outside is a game changer!

I have tried them all.

I have tried Vodafone, BT, and EE as bb. providers and they have all been pretty bad. I was recommended to try Rebel, AND WHAT A GAME CHANGER!!!! I have finally fast and reliable broadband everywhere in the house and for the whole family. Thank you Rebel and David. Keep up the great work

An excellent fibre company so far

According to my experiences so far, this is an incredible fibre broadband company. The connection is fast and reliable and the service is by far (astronomically far) the best I've ever had. As an example on the first day of service our payment went through and I think due to a problem with our banking app, we paid twice. Rebel realised the problem, refunded us and proactively got in contact to tell us they had refunded us. Whenever I've experienced a glitch in the connection (it's been rare) David picks up the phone immediately and sorts things out for me. After our experiences with Talk talk which I can't write anything about without basically being declamatory, Rebel has been a complete breath of fresh air. Service at this high level is rare!

Excellent! Perfect for WFH, very reliable …

We joined rebel after having terrible…

We joined rebel after having terrible experiences with Talktalk and various other big providers who dragged us through months of stress and endless phone calls after getting our internet network wrong. We finally got free of Talktalk and we decided to take a chance on Rebel after reading reviews and we were not disappointed. Internet is fast, we know the company's employees by name and they check in regularly with us. If we have an issue it's been so easy to ring up and get it sorted. Worth paying the extra money to get much better service and support a smaller company, stop feeding the big companies who cheat people out of money and time
