Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Superior Customer service

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

Ticks all the boxes, works perfectly and does not cost arm and leg.

I struggled with my FTTC internet for a couple of months and started to shop around to find sensible FTTP offer. And I found Rebel. Easy switching process, friendly staff and great price and T&Cs. I use the router and I do not need the SuperPods. Not a single regret.

Can't fault it

Can't fault it. Set up and subscription were straight forward. Monthly rolling contract is a little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. Connection has been consistent and very strong. The best ISP experience I have had. I would recommend Rebel to anyone interested in a strong, reliable service.

Great support, hardware, speeds and billing

Great hardware (I rent two pods as well as the base unit for our 3 storey house), great signup experience and support, easy connection and very fast service. And for someone who only needs a connection for 7 months, the month to month billing was a surprise in the UK market and absolutely ideal. I had a few technical challenges entirely of my own making and Rebel support were patient, knowledgeable and helped resolve my issues promptly. Highly recommend.

A brilliant company who were efficient and so helpful at installing, and providing super fast Wi-Fi. As a student it can be hard to find companies with a contract that is clear and 12 months long. Rebel was the perfect choice. This company was efficient in the set up and asked me all the right questions about what I need to for my house. As someone who lives in a large house with lots of flatmates the Wi-Fi provided can keep up with multiple devices and streaming of shows. When I was faced with problems the support team were super quick to explain all the Wi-Fi lingo. Answering calls super quickly and happy to help with issues immediately after being brought up. Will continue to use Rebel and glad to know that a company is so quick to help its customers.

Sky Q and WiFi problems …

I had an issue with Sky Q boxes internal WiFi disrupting my Rebel WiFi. I contacted Rebel support and can say that the all the customer support interaction I had, especially David, was second to none. I am not a techie and am definitely in the β€˜senior’ category, but the instructions I was given were in clear, simple and understandable terms with no jargon or judgement! It’s so good to be able to talk to a friendly and knowledgeable person who is determined to find a solution. Would definitely recommend. Be a Rebel.

Outstanding Service and Speed

Rebel is incredibly customer service-oriented and responsive. The Internet setup was straightforward and the speed is great. Two pods are ideal for a three-bedroom flat. I especially like the flexibility of not being tied into a 12 or 24-month contract. I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic internet provider and great…

Fantastic internet provider and great customer service. There's someone to answer the phone every time I call and they are more than happy to help in whatever way possible. Their staff are really friendly and they're the only provider I could find in my area that offer a flexible contract. I'd highly recommend Rebel internet!

As a follow up I have been asked to provide further contact details by this ISP - which I have - but remain unimpressed that they reported my initial review, to Trustpliot, because they considered it contained 'hateful content'...what quite remarkable arrogance...
