Sky Q and WiFi problems …
I had an issue with Sky Q boxes internal WiFi disrupting my Rebel WiFi. I contacted Rebel support and can say that the all the customer support interaction I had, especially David, was second to none. I am not a techie and am definitely in the ‘senior’ category, but the instructions I was given were in clear, simple and understandable terms with no jargon or judgement! It’s so good to be able to talk to a friendly and knowledgeable person who is determined to find a solution. Would definitely recommend. Be a Rebel.
