Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Superior Customer service

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

the best connection there is in Uk

the best connection there is, I took a package without a contract that I can deactivate whenever I want, the only one that does this in the UK, fast and secure, installed immediately and excellent prices, I'm just waiting for them to increase the speed in my area so I can do updates, recommended

Good internet, poor communication

Chose Rebel as they were one of the few providers who offered a 12 month contract. Been with them for a month and a half and internet has been great; fast, no drop outs, and stable connection in my one bed bungalow. The pod router is a bit limited with only one in and one out ethernet and no WPS, but works on a basic level. Customer service is UK based and mostly friendly. Minus one star though for the experience I had trying to get fibre installed. No confirmation from openreach but persistent emails from Rebel saying "your installation is tomorrow", however even the morning of the date they couldn't tell me if it was going ahead or not. Not helpful when you need to book half a day off work. Also had numerous attempts to rebook be met with "I'll get someone to call you back" and then never getting a call back. Eventually rebooked through openreach seven weeks later and, once installed, found Rebel had no idea it was due to be done and had deactivated the service. Even the poor openreach engineer couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. Incredibly frustrating experience. TL;DR - internet is good. If you need FTTP installed be prepared to spend a loooooooot of time on the phone.

Great flexible internet.

I own a second property that I was renting out for a shortish set of Holiday lets. I couldn’t find any local providers that offered flexible rolling monthly contracts until I came across Rebel. It was so easy to set up, all renters have been really pleased with the speed. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service

Very impressed with Rebel Internet. Installed on nominated date and speed consistent. Very quick at replying to any questions which is always a good sign of excellent customer service. Would recommend.

The service they are are rending to the…

The service they are are rending to the people. They have always be active anytime i made a compaint about their network. Even though their network is not too strong at my environment.

Rebel broadband.... Enough said!!

If you worried about switching to Rebel then please don't!! The sign up was simple and communication spot on!!. The equipment arrived on time and set up was a breeze. My speeds have improved and so far it's been brilliant. A++++
