Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Superior Customer service

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

Excellent service and reasonable cost.

Excellent service, no issues on initial set up and superb hi speed connection. Reasonable cost too which was the main reason I opted for Rebel as well as monthly contract due to my current circumstances. Highly recommended. I’m glad I joined the rebellion!

Beware: Data Collection at router.

Be aware, they lock down the router so you cannot manage (or change default passwords) unless you manage it via and app and consent to data collection at the router level. It's competitive for a reason. Your data is valuable. You can setup your own router / modem combo to avoid. I feel mis-sold as this data collection was not clearly explained before purchase. The good: great customer service.

Customer service is amazing BUT!

Customer service is amazing but i have the "1000mbps" wifi package but my wifi speed averages over 400mbps to 600 mbps and keep in mind its connected with just 1 device at the moment if i was to have more devices on there yes it will drop way lower the Internet speed. Yes i have reset the device many times

Rebel Internet 2 months in

I’ve been with Rebel Internet a couple of means now and the experience has been straightforward and problem free. I have opted for 3x satellite units and have had zero downtime on MS Teams calls. The web browser interface is quite simplistic for someone who likes to have control over their static IP’s or any port forwarding. Like other customers the shorter term contract was attractive and I am happy to recommend Rebel Internet to other people.

Worst company I've ever dealt with and…

Worst company I've ever dealt with and I used to be with talk talk! Have delayed a new Internet installation for 3 months. As a result I've lost 1000s of pounds and failed an online degree, customer service can't tell you any information when you call up and you just get one ridiculous excuse after another every time they call you back, do not go with this company if your livelihood depends on the Internet!
