Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Superior Customer service

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

High recommendation for Rebel Internet

For reasons beyond my comprehension, the flat I moved into was not wired for broadband and none of the previous tenants or neighbours who were experiencing this same issue had bothered to tell anyone relevant that could solve this. With one email and two short calls with Rebel (before I was a customer) I was directed to the right form with Openreach where I could report this issue. I've had one issue since and received a response that fixed it 6 minutes later. After having dealt with larger ISPs in the past I can't recommend Rebel highly enough.

Worked for us...

Well, well. Rebel keep emailing me saying "Leave a Review". So here it is. How would I describe Rebel for me in three words. "Excellent and Expensive". Let's just expand. We all need to work our way though the Broadband packages on offer, all of which need careful thought. My father died in October 2024 and he was no silver surfer! So we had to get Broadband in for two reasons. Firstly to contact all the Government organisations and private sector companies with whom one needs to interact. Secondly to get, as we've being staying there, a 'signal' to watch TV/Internet type stuff. Rebel provide a monthly package that can be cancelled 'next day'. It's expensive at some £50 per month. But that's for our specific needs. The engineer they sent to install was super. It was all installed with no fuss, no drama and no mess. Faultless. When we sell the house we'll pull the plug. Until then Rebel will suit our needs perfectly. I suppose this is a Broadband equivalent with Rebel of a 'one night stand'. But we got we needed and they are getting their top wack fee package. Moral of the story? Get what's right for you.

Great value, uncomplicated, user-friendly internet

Everything about taking an internet contract with Rebel Internet impressed me; admirably clear communications, written in plain English, keeping me informed at all stages, and the clarity and simplicity of everything. All the necessary equipment arrived on time and as promised. It was easy to install. The app was helpful. My internet has worked perfectly and it is excellent value. When I had a minor query it was answered quickly and helpfully by a real person.
