High recommendation for Rebel Internet
For reasons beyond my comprehension, the flat I moved into was not wired for broadband and none of the previous tenants or neighbours who were experiencing this same issue had bothered to tell anyone relevant that could solve this. With one email and two short calls with Rebel (before I was a customer) I was directed to the right form with Openreach where I could report this issue. I've had one issue since and received a response that fixed it 6 minutes later. After having dealt with larger ISPs in the past I can't recommend Rebel highly enough.
