Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Superior Customer service

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

Go with Rebel if you want fast reliable internet

Absolutely incredible from initially being with Rebel. Had a major problem with the setup that was not due to them however they still rectified someone else’s problem swiftly and professionally. Told me they weren’t going to charge me until my internet was online due to the delay from another company. Kept me ‘in the loop’ at all times and communicated perfectly. Would highly recommend as a broadband provider. I look forward to a long contract with Rebel. Also their app is incredibly simple however it has everything you need at your fingertips. Devices connected. Internet speed, password protection, vpn and ad blocker.

Absolutely fantastic

We couldn't get fibre so I was worried I'd struggle to work from home on a 15Mbps connection but the solution from Rebel is fantastic!! Not only can I work but my family can simultaneously watch Netflix so well above expectations. On top of this they reply to emails almost instantly which makes it very easy to resolve any issues. Would 100% recommend!!!

Great service & follow up emails - top notch!

I had an issue with a network outage - not Rebel’s fault! But they raised the issue, followed up every call with an email and even checked in later in the day with an email to make sure all was ok. No long wait time for phone calls and everyone you speak to is kind. Thank you for the great service.

I've been a customer for two months now…

I've been a customer for two months now and am extremely satisfied. The company answers phone calls promptly, solves problems immediately, and corrects any mistakes quickly. I hope they maintain this level of reliability as they grow.

Great service

Had issues originally but the company got in touch and sent an engineer out today who has seemingly fixed the problem. Customer service was helpful, clear spoken and better than other providers I've dealt with.

A breath of fresh air

This company has been a breath of fresh air. Not only has the broadband service been consistently good, but the customer service has been outstanding. I switched to Rebel because my last company became infuriating to deal with. The customer service representatives read from a script, and if my problem wasn't covered by their script, I could almost hear them shrug their shoulders. In complete contrast, when I needed help with Rebel, I received replies to my emails very quickly. I even received a phone call when I sent my number and asked for someone to call me, and the customer service agent followed up with me until everything was resolved. And he didn't just resolve my problem, but he went above and beyond. In addition, I love that they have 12-month contract options or no-contract options. I switched my mother to Rebel and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Highly recommended and a complete contrast to our previous provider.

I had a few queries initially and these were handled quickly, efficiently and cogently. So very refreshing. Installation was trouble free and the engineer polite friendly and professional. I actually went backwards with my tech to Hybrid instead of super fast fibre optics as getting away from my last provider was an absolute priority. That is a holding pattern until Open Reach have laid the network in our street. But the Rebel hybrid works better than the previous providers “Super Fast” offering - which they admitted did not meet their advertised speeds. With Rebel : No outages, no hanging, no rebooting required - not once - and seamless coverage through out the house. Wish we had moved to Rebel 2 years ago as I now know I did need to wait for for Openreach fibre to pass our home. Small caveat : I cant say we have stress tested it with multiple teenage gamers, UHD etc etc. and still intend future proof with Rebels new fibre offering. I recommend Rebel without any reservation and wish their venture every success.

6 months in and I can only say superb. Best company within this sector I have ever used and a customer service in the UK and they care. I don't normally rate like this but credit where it is due
