A breath of fresh air

This company has been a breath of fresh air. Not only has the broadband service been consistently good, but the customer service has been outstanding. I switched to Rebel because my last company became infuriating to deal with. The customer service representatives read from a script, and if my problem wasn't covered by their script, I could almost hear them shrug their shoulders. In complete contrast, when I needed help with Rebel, I received replies to my emails very quickly. I even received a phone call when I sent my number and asked for someone to call me, and the customer service agent followed up with me until everything was resolved. And he didn't just resolve my problem, but he went above and beyond. In addition, I love that they have 12-month contract options or no-contract options. I switched my mother to Rebel and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks.
