I ordered a create your own tracksuit and its absolutely amazing. It's one of the most comfortable tracksuits I own. I always order a size larger in tracksuits as I like to be able to move and this has so much room and the leg length is perfect. It's also fantastic to mix and match with other things to make the most out of it :) I let them have full creative power and gave a loose theme they absolutely smashed it. I've had so many compliments about it. Thank you to the ratchet team
Bought 2 hoodies half price and I'm glad I didn't pay full, they're so thin. Designs are nice but not worth full price. Also the postal bag came completely ripped which I realise is the fault of DPD but the items weren't in any other packaging for protection so if it rained, they would've been soaked.
Wish I could leave more than 5⭐️

Items are true to size and even have a label that says ‘Size Beautiful’ which was so lovely 🥺 As a plus-size woman, it’s so nice to find clothing that is size inclusive, beautiful quality and all round just amazing. Will be ordering again very soon! 🖤
The quality is not great for the price point, even at a half price discount (£20 paid) The design is faded, dull and feels incredibly cheap. The hoodie itself is Temu premium quality. You're better off being a Shein hoodie, buying a decal on eBay and iron that on yourself.
Apparently the customer service is moody and stroppy so why would I complain? Absolutely F that. The company knows by now there is a quality issue with their products and to keep on selling anyway is pretty predatory. Urgh. Don't do it.
Shein, eBay and an iron will give you a similar result.

Support small business? Yeah maybe if they weren't pulling the same bullshit as the big companies I absolutely would.

I have lots of rachet clothing I came across he's brand through lucy spraggan I'm a huge fan but I have since bought more remember these are hand made so sometime take a little bit longer to get 7 to 10 days which in my eye is a good turn around the quality is great amd unique designs I recommend rachet
Ratchet clothing is the best small clothing company I have ever ordered from. I've ordered items over 10 years and never once had a problem. Been to the shop several times and all staff are super friendly. Met owner a handful of times and he is genuinely so kind and helpful as are all his staff.
Love Love Love this company- I now have 3 hoodies/sweatshirts and adore each and every one, they are so unique and you can even custom your own one to suit whatever you wish.
Delivery is approx 7 days and what you would expect for handmade clothing and Dhillan (owner) is great and accommodating.
I know I will be purchasing more as they are so addictive and so comfy.
Amazing clothing. Inclusive sizing. Brilliant customer service. The community and safe space created is also something I’ve never witnessed before from any company, let alone a clothing company.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ALL MY TSHIRTS AND HOODIES I haven't actually bought a generic shop hoodie since I found ratchet my dear person behind me has made so many people smile and I always get asked where its from.The team at ratchet are working so hard to raise awareness for mental health issues and reminding them there never alone.
Ordered over £60 worth of stuff from these people about 3 months ago and received absolutely NOTHING.
I asked where my things were and they repeatedly ignored my emails and Facebook messages. They then told me I had to wait 6 weeks???? So they could “sort it out with Royal Mail”
It’s been way over 6 weeks since that message and low and behold I’ve heard absolutely NOTHING from them and they are still completely ignoring my emails and messages (which for the record have ALL been more than polite. I’ve not been remotely abusive or anything, they are literally just ignoring my messages and stealing my money)
Never worn tie dye before but this brand is honestly amazing and made me want to try wearing it! Dhillan and the team know exactly what to put on their clothing to appeal to the masses!
It’s not all tie dye clothing either!
Versatile, high quality products with soooo many designs and sizes to suit everyone and a great bonus is the ‘create your own’
I love the ‘Size - Beautiful’ label that they stitch into their items. It’s such a nice touch to customers who may be self conscious and anxious over their clothing sizes. It’s also a little reminder that everytime you put on a piece of their clothing, you’re gonna feel amazing!
