Create your own tracksuit…

I ordered a create your own tracksuit and its absolutely amazing. It's one of the most comfortable tracksuits I own. I always order a size larger in tracksuits as I like to be able to move and this has so much room and the leg length is perfect. It's also fantastic to mix and match with other things to make the most out of it :) I let them have full creative power and gave a loose theme they absolutely smashed it. I've had so many compliments about it. Thank you to the ratchet team

Bought 2 hoodies half price and I'm…

Bought 2 hoodies half price and I'm glad I didn't pay full, they're so thin. Designs are nice but not worth full price. Also the postal bag came completely ripped which I realise is the fault of DPD but the items weren't in any other packaging for protection so if it rained, they would've been soaked.

Wish I could leave more than 5⭐️ Items arrived super quick! Considering they’re custom made I was very surprised! Amazing quality and amazing prices. Items are true to size and even have a label that says ‘Size Beautiful’ which was so lovely 🥺 As a plus-size woman, it’s so nice to find clothing that is size inclusive, beautiful quality and all round just amazing. Will be ordering again very soon! 🖤

The quality is not great for the price…

The quality is not great for the price point, even at a half price discount (£20 paid) The design is faded, dull and feels incredibly cheap. The hoodie itself is Temu premium quality. You're better off being a Shein hoodie, buying a decal on eBay and iron that on yourself. Apparently the customer service is moody and stroppy so why would I complain? Absolutely F that. The company knows by now there is a quality issue with their products and to keep on selling anyway is pretty predatory. Urgh. Don't do it. Shein, eBay and an iron will give you a similar result. AND Support small business? Yeah maybe if they weren't pulling the same bullshit as the big companies I absolutely would.

Absolutely amazing, you must try….

The team at Ratchet are absolutely fantastic, bat crap crazy, but flaming amazing! Their products are first class, great quality and will always try to assist with any wee extra requests e.g. no labels etc…. Would wholly recommend them, their ethos and community are second to none.

Amazing company

I have ordered several hoodies and tees from the website and they are always delivered in a prompt time frame. The products are of really good quality and the sizing is spot on. Items don’t fade and the quality of the print is second to none.

Fantastic company

Never had an issue with anything that I have ordered. Loved everything that I have bought and always turned up in a timely manner, when it's handmade you expect to wait and it has never disappointed. Ordered a custom hoodie for my daughter and it was fantastic. Will be ordering again soon 🥰🥰🥰

Customer Service is 2nd to None!

I recently purchased 6 jumpers as presents from Dhillan and the team at Ratchet Clothing. The quality of clothing is fantastic as is the value. All jumpers were guaranteed a Christmas delivery, they arrived before the 17th Dec. I love all of their designs, you can even design your own I’d never bought their trackers before, they are sooooo warm and comfortable- I will definitely be ordering more! Their customer service is 2nd to none! I received a phone call from Dhillan ( the owner) to personally check that I had received all of my order as their system had crashed. Excellent Company, excellent staff Have a fantastical Christmas Guys! You all deserve it 💗💗🙏 Gypsy 💗

Amazing company and service

I've followed Ratchet Clothing since the very beginning, I always wondered if it was really any good and was too skeptical too order. However, I decided to take the plunge when they released the Wednesday Addams collection and I honestly wish I had purchased from them sooner, I got 2 tshirts from the Wednesday collection, and I've just purchased another two from the barbie collection. I honestly cannot sing their praises enough, I was kept updated throughout the process of my orders, the quality is great and I honestly do wish I had shopped before! Not only are they a great online store, they have built up a fantastic community and keep in touch with all of their customers every day via social media! I am so glad I took the plunge and made an order and I always recommend to everyone now!

Just purchased my first item

Just purchased my first item, after following for a while. Its absolutely perfect. Would perhaps go a size up next time, as I (8/10 ordered 10/12) like a oversized jumpers. But in this instance I'm still super happy. Great quality and fab design. Will defo be ordering again
