First time experience was terrible. Their customer service are awful , super hard to get a response, you're lucky if you hear from them. Prices are way more than the designer itself. Not again.
If you value your mental health, don't order from this so called "retailer". I ordered my clothes on 22 Feb. A month had gone by and I still hadn't received them. I'm not on social media so the only way for me to contact them was by using their chat function on their website. Waited a couple of days and still no response, as soon as I mentioned that I want a refund, they replied. They said they were doing me a "favour" by taking my order because I had missed the cut off date to place eid orders, which was 15 Feb. To cut a long story short, my clothes finally arrived. They were creased and crumpled up in a ball. More importantly, I ordered a cap (a jinnah cap) with my outfit and I didn't receive it. I contacted them again. They told me the clothes are packed by one brand then goes onto another brand who packs the cap. I have the screenshots they sent me and my own screenshots but I don't think there is an option to attach them here. They had misread my order and thought it was without the cap. My query was left unanswered. I asked if I would be able to get the cap before Eid and if not, can I have a refund on the cap. Ignored. Throughout the whole situation, they continued to blame me. They ignored me for a while when I asked for a refund. I think they thought I wanted a refund on the clothes which is why they ignored me. They said if I wanted a refund then I would have to return the clothes. I asked about shipping costs. Ignored. I said I wanted a refund on the cap they agreed. I got an email from them today saying I wasn't charged for the cap so they aren't going to refund me. And I should know how much the clothes cost before I buy them. And they were asking ME how much the clothes were! They sent me a screenshot previously, to prove they were chasing on the cap. Someone in the group chat clearly states that my clothes are £52 which makes sense as when you add this to the shipping and cap costs, it totals to how much I paid. When I questioned them on this they said they were talking about a different order. The clothes have also conveniently disappeared from their website! They knew it would be a stretch to fulfil my order before Eid, so why accept my order in the first place? They claim my clothes are part of their Pret range so "naturally it will take longer to prepare". Honestly, these retailers don't do themselves any favours and give a bad reputation to other reputable pakistani brands. I have never interacted with such an unprofessional, scheming and sly retailer before. I still haven't heard back from them. I've had such a stressful couple of weeks dealing with them, I feel like this situation is never ending! Honestly, don't waste your time with these unprofessional people!!!!!!! Update 10/4/25 - I haven't heard back from this company and I have stopped chasing them. I guess I'm not getting my money back.
I ordered a dress that was showing in stock but actually wasn't.i ordered it for a birthday . After two weeks I get confusing emails that the item has been shipped but item not in stock.it was a constant malfunction where actually they have no clue what's happening. It week 3 and they are still sitting on my money.birthday has passed.i still don't have my item.these people need the following 1.Honesty 2.a functioning team 3.customer service is required(telephone number doesn't work on website).Stay clear of wasting your time ordering clothes from them as you could be set to loose BOTH money and time ! DISASTER!

Shame there is no option to give a zero. I ordered 2 items on the 19th of March and paid £15 for next day delivery. On the 21st March I received a message to say one item is faulty as there is a stain on the front near the neckline and would I like £5 off or a full refund, I opted for the latter. On the 25th of March I messaged to chase my order as I still had not received it, I was assured it was shipped despite the Royal Mail tracking not reflecting this. I pleaded for honesty as I would understood if it hadn’t. I was refunded the shipping cost after I asked for it , was not offered this before. I was then told that they are in their time frame of 3-5 working day delivery (despite me ordering as next day delivery) and that she runs a honest business and the item has been shipped. The item was then shipped the day after which was shown on the Royal Mail tracking. I messaged to say ah this was as expected the item was not actually shipped and lies were told, I was blocked and my call was not answered. Anyway avoid spending your money on this dishonest business and spend your money wisely. Those that do this in business and treat their customers this way says a lot. Very unprofessional. Avoid like a plague.
i asked for my order to be cancelled as my mum surprised me with the identical outfit from Lahore a few days later. They said no we dont take cancellations. You are a business, you can easily sell the outfit again. What do you expect me to do with two identical outfits. And on top of that, after i received the outfit they whatsapped me a picture and a video of my outfit taken out of the packaging and on a mannequin, all creased out. There was no purpose of charging me high price compared to the actual designer, not cancelling my order, and on top of it taking it out of the packaging and sending me pictures and videos after i actually received it. For all i know it could have been worn by someone. what a joke, website and social media looked good and i had my eye on a few more pieces but never again. A small gesture goes a long way, you could have got a permanent customer but not again sorry. im stuck with two identical outfits. Thank you for ruining my eid
Second time I’ve ordered and happy with my Kanwal Malik outfit there is a big selection of outfits this Eid. Definitely be buying from them again. The delivery was quick too from their ready to wear. 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Placed a note on the order before purchasing about length of pant and to please shorten it. Instead, I received a pant that is 46” long and I have yet to hear back on this concern from Rania Zara Studio after an email was sent to them about this issue.
Order shipped to billing address. Will be asking for refund on shipping charge.They refused to return the shipping charge claiming they completed delivery. SCAMMERS PLEASE AVOID.How can you lie and steal money during ramadan.
Have tried to contact customer service on several occasions but no reply was promised I would receive my order on time for a wedding but that was not the case. When received the order which was already too late the dupatta of the outfit did not match at all. I have tried calling and emailing but no response. I paid delivery charges but parcel was delivered in Pakistan highly disappointed would never order again.

I was concerned that I wouldn't have my order in time for an event, but I was reassured and given a date it would be sent by, my order was completed exactly how I wanted it customised and was sent a week before the date I was given. Very happy with the service and great quality original designer pieces.

Unfortunately I have had a terrible experience with this company. Poor communication, inability of staff to book my bridal appointment properly even though I was constantly chasing them for weeks! The day of my appointment that I requested and that they confirmed availability for - I was making my way down and en route they stated that my appointment was not booked even though I asked them to go ahead and book me in for the available slot and am happy to pay their fee. Wasted my whole day time and money!
