Exceptional customer service! I had very short timelines and discovered Rania Zara for the first time. Beautiful collection of online clothing. However, timelines meant immediate delivery options were limited. The team took the time out to enquire which styles I liked. I ordered it on Boxing Day and received the outfit on the 3rd January in time for my event on the 4th! The quality and design of the outfit was stunning! I’m really pleased with the unique design too. I’ve never bought an outfit online. I’ll be back for more. Thank you 🤩 Team RZ!

Service was great but the outfit wasn’t. The dupatta is too heavy, way too long and stiff. It cannot be worn comfortably at all. It was very disappointing
