I just received my first order and I'm so happy! The delivery came within 4 weeks and I was able to track my order every step of the way. I was also sent pictures of my completed outfit via email which was an unexpected surprise. I haven't had good experiences with other retailers and I was dubious of placing an order, but now I'm glad that I did. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!!

I’ve tried everything possible to contact this company yet 10 wks no whereabouts of my order no tracking info no contact number absolutely appalling. I would never buy again from them. Awful no customer service. Please let me know what is happening with my order?

This company sells replicas of Pakistani branded clothing. I have sent messages and emails and I have had no response.

I have edited my original review because my lost parcel was refunded. It took some time and there is still lack of clarity on what happened but the issue has been resolved. I hope my experience next time will be as I encountered it the first few occasions I purchased via Rania Zara.

Didn’t receive the trousers to my suit

Extremely unprofessional, selling copied items claiming to be real. I purchased a suit which should have an attached slip but got delivered a jacket without a slip. I chased via email for two and a half weeks before I received an email to say they will send one out to me. I received the slip a week later which did not match with jack in colour so I asked for a refund. After going back and forth for weeks they agreed for me to send the item back, only to say it’s been worn and they are sending it back. Absolutely disgusting to sell faulty items to customers and then put false claims in order not to return the money.

Completely wrong colour, I ordered a silver suit and it came a mucky beige colour. I ordered a size medium and they sent a large and I had to have it taken in. It also took ages to finally deliver it. False advertising. Wouldn’t recommend using this company at all! Total scam!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO RESPONSE ON TIME. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.

Over time I have lost trust in how reliable the designer clothes are and the quality of the finish product has also dropped. I placed an order for 4 ready to wear outfits. Out of which only 1 was not faulty. The issues I had were, large size dress labeled as medium, damage on sleeze (Hole) and stain on one white outfit (felt it had been worn before). I have purchased before and felt the outfits were originals pieces but unfortunately I have my doubts now. When I raised my concern, which was difficult to do, I was initially told "We do a quality check before sending out orders so the damage must have been done by you" Overall the customer service is very poor.
