Richard - ID 5009 turned up to within a few seconds of the expected time given by the app. He got straight to work and identified the problem. Very professional and informative. He did not carry the battery i needed, but he got the vehicle started so i could drive to local garage.

Helpful fix but attitude not helpful
The patrol got me going, but as Iβve been a longtime member and this the 2nd time I have ever had to use the breakdown service, the accusation that I use my vehicle for business purposes when I was clearly at work, was not appreciated. Neither was the refusal to tow me before it was known if my vehicle could be gotten running. It felt as is the patrol did not really want to help. That said, they did get me running and were able to advise what the issue was, so I could tell the garage and get a repair.

My van cut out on the way home fromβ¦
My van cut out on the way home from work, Geoff arrived promptly and was very helpful in explaining what he thought was the issue and what (and why) he was doing to get me going again, he got me running within 30 mins and followed me home to make sure everything was ok before checking it over one last time and advised me to replace my fuel filter, I have zero idea about vehicle mechanics or what size to get for my vehicle (turns out thereβs 3!) so ended up taking the option to have RAC. Come do it for me at home this week
