Richard - ID 5009 turned up to within a few seconds of the expected time given by the app. He got straight to work and identified the problem. Very professional and informative. He did not carry the battery i needed, but he got the vehicle started so i could drive to local garage.

Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. I broke down on the hard shoulder and was left for four hours unattended. Kept getting false updates about times and apparently my location was logged completely incorrectly by someone in the contact centre. When help did arrive, he couldn’t tow me all the way home so I had to wait several more hours for a second recovery vehicle. Didn’t get home until stupid o’clock in the morning after logging the call in the afternoon. Oh and I’m pregnant and was stood in extremely hot outdoor conditions waiting for hours…they didn’t care one iota. I got spoken to like a piece of s**t on the phone by their staff and absolutely no apology or accountability was taken.
