Helpful fix but attitude not helpful
The patrol got me going, but as I’ve been a longtime member and this the 2nd time I have ever had to use the breakdown service, the accusation that I use my vehicle for business purposes when I was clearly at work, was not appreciated. Neither was the refusal to tow me before it was known if my vehicle could be gotten running. It felt as is the patrol did not really want to help. That said, they did get me running and were able to advise what the issue was, so I could tell the garage and get a repair.
