Richard - ID 5009 turned up to within a few seconds of the expected time given by the app. He got straight to work and identified the problem. Very professional and informative. He did not carry the battery i needed, but he got the vehicle started so i could drive to local garage.

Paul was fantastic he let me know his time of arrival , he was very polite and helpful and made sure I got to the garage ok , he even dealt with them about my tyre. Cannot thank you enough for a speedy service especially why I was so far away from home.

Shoab 4622 was excellent, friendly, efficient and punctual. The automated telephone service for Motability is poor. Also a call to check on the driver - me, took almost 1hr. I was at home so it didn’t affect me but it could if a limited mobility person was sat in the car.

Tried the night before and this was poor experience. No one came to help within 3.5 hours, I was told they should have been there by the 3 hour mark. it got too late so much that i left the car at my friends house overnight and got a taxi home. The next day i called again, this time i got response within 10 mins and Neil 1123 arrived by 40 mins which was great. he was able to diagnose i had a faulty battery and replace it for me on the spot. great service from him, really made up for the night before

Dangerous patrolman put my family’s life in danger by only securing two wheel nuts on a motorway wheel change a director of customer care Siobhan Duffy and case manager Lisa went to all measure despite irrefutable evidence to cover up incident not carrying out health and safety protocols leaving a dangerous patrolman currently endangering RAC customers lives as we speak! Very concerned RAC customer
