Richard - ID 5009 turned up to within a few seconds of the expected time given by the app. He got straight to work and identified the problem. Very professional and informative. He did not carry the battery i needed, but he got the vehicle started so i could drive to local garage.

Kevin managed to temporarily fix what was broken, so I manage to drive to the garage next day. Only downside was it took abit longer for him to come, maybe because I was parked up safely & it wasnβt an emergency emergency. But when he came it was sorted fairly quickly. 8/10

Saleh was brilliant
Saleh was brilliant. Even though he couldnβt fix the issue (no fault of his own) he did everything he could to help and also gave lots of sound advice on where to get it repaired and what exactly needed repairing. If ever employee was like him, I would think about breaking down more often. His ID was 5138
