Richard - ID 5009 turned up to within a few seconds of the expected time given by the app. He got straight to work and identified the problem. Very professional and informative. He did not carry the battery i needed, but he got the vehicle started so i could drive to local garage.

I have held a business breakdown cover for two years, yet today—when I urgently required assistance—no help was available. I initiated a request at 5:00 PM, and the estimated arrival being between 11:00 PM and 2:00 AM, no support has materialised. This experience, particularly as it is the first time I have needed to use the service, has been extremely disappointing. Consequently, I have decided that this will be my final month with the provider. Regrettably, this is the standard I have encountered with the RAC. I will be joining AA next month! The worst decision joining RAC. It is 5am and no one came. 2 years paid but received no service, I will definitely cancel my policy and be a ware of RAC❌❌❌❌

Richard 1829 rescued me on the M5. Friendly and helpful. He explained it's current condition to me and gave me some idea on what was required financially to repair it. My car was toast but we took it off the motorway to discuss my next steps and he offered to ring around garages for me and see who would take it in. I eventually decided to head home with it and give it some thought. It was nice to have someone who cared to help me out and it was very much appreciated.

They kept me up to date with when patrol would arrive. I had a call from Simeon (5092) to let me know he was close. He listened to me and made my traumatic situation feel less traumatic - the whole day had been a disaster with the car breaking down almost sending me over the edge). I really appreciated his help but also his friendly manner. The whole experience was so much better than I expected.
