Richard - ID 5009 turned up to within a few seconds of the expected time given by the app. He got straight to work and identified the problem. Very professional and informative. He did not carry the battery i needed, but he got the vehicle started so i could drive to local garage.

High quality service.
My RAC Patrol man Andrew, ID: 4319, rang early in the time slot that I had been given, to advise of his arrival in 30 to 40 minutes' time. We discussed the vehicle fault at that point, so he was well briefed before he arrived. The repair went well and Andrew explained each of the tasks he was performing and my options for repair. I was thoroughly pleased with the RAC breakdown service.

Waited 8 hours for someone to help meβ¦
Waited 8 hours for someone to help me get the keys out my car from being locked out after been originally given a 2 hour window, eventually had to pay someone myself privately to come and assist as I contacted the RAC at 4pm and the estimated arrival time ended up being 1:30am. Would not recommend absolutely useless.

Engineer Luke ,2707, was not able to himself deal with what was a specialist repair but he quickly referred the breakdown to someone who could. He pushed my car to a shaded area and then drove me to a store to obtain bottled water to make my wait more comfortable. There person who attended to deal with my specialist repair was knowledgeable, efficient and quickly able to deal with the problem.
