Richard - ID 5009 turned up to within a few seconds of the expected time given by the app. He got straight to work and identified the problem. Very professional and informative. He did not carry the battery i needed, but he got the vehicle started so i could drive to local garage.

Jody 2934 was very helpful and friendly in assisting me. I did not get his name I assuming the person who helped is the person RAC provided as I don't want to judge but fella did not seem like a jody. Regardless great help to get back on the road as he had spares in the van to replace the part required. Nonetheless My work place was happy that i made it in rather pulling a day off. Thanks again!

From initial report to completion was less than a couple of hours. I was always kept updated and the engineer called ahead and arrived when he said he would. Colin (4374) was extremely professional. After he explained the likely problem he carried out his work and successfully fixed the issue. A real professional.

Friendly & chatty
Alan 1611 very friendly and chatty. Knowledgeable and explained in detail what my problems were with the car. Instructed me to get to a garage as he couldn’t do the repair himself (needed a pressure test ect) I have since done this although the garage could not find any leaks before during or after their 2hour pressure test (neither could Alan) my car seems to be working more efficient and with no warning lights now. He phoned me around 30mins before arrival he was clear with his communication and great all round service.
