Richard - ID 5009 turned up to within a few seconds of the expected time given by the app. He got straight to work and identified the problem. Very professional and informative. He did not carry the battery i needed, but he got the vehicle started so i could drive to local garage.

Colin #2104 was an excellent patrol person who got me sorted and reassured me my tyre was indeed most likely repairable (unlike the RAC officer via video call). He was friendly speedy and professional and a credit to the RAC.
