After 25 days, my order still hasn't arrived?? After checking, I see that it's coming from China and that it's produced in China. I don't want Chinese products. They aren't quality products, and I don't trust them. This is a lack of professionalism from Qure. What a disgrace!

I had a great experience with Qure’s support team! Abby responded right away and was so helpful with my issues- I accidentally threw out the device chamber for my micro-infusion serum treatments, and Abby is sending me a replacement free of charge right away! I’m so happy with their customer service!!

I was missing a needle head from my order and there was also some confusion about what I received with a bonus offer so I called customer service to see how they could help. The person I spoke with, Cristina, was polite, professional, and helpful. They sent a new needle head to me as well as the items that I thought I was going to be receiving from the bonus offer (which might have just been my own misunderstanding). Really great customer service and the product itself is great! I've used the wrinkle serum micro infusion once and can already see a difference after a couple of days.

It is so refreshing to have such great customer service for a wonderful product. My questions are always answered almost immediately. Today I had an email chat with Charm, she was so very kind and answered every question I had in detail and with links for further explanation of usage. GREAT company!

Overall, I enjoy the benefits of the micro-needling product with wrinkle serum and have certainly noticed a difference on my 67 year old face. My other routine is self derma-planing which also contributes to keeping my facial skin tight, bright, and healthy. I prefer having these facial routines at my disposal as opposed to paying an esthetician… helps with the pocketbook and it’s kinda fun. I’m going on a year now and reordered more anti wrinkle serum during their sale…definitely worth it.

From start to finish, ordering from Qure was a great experience. The shipping, packaging, easy to follow instructions and the products are 5 stars! I want to take a moment to thank Elmo from customer service. I haven’t used the product yet so this review is solely based on the excellent customer service experience that I’ve had with the staff member. I made a purchase and noticed (after the fact) that I was offered a discount via email. I explained myself through email and was hoping to be able to refund the original purchase so that I may a repurchase with the discount!! This is exactly what I got! In addition to this, I had made an error with the repurchase and Elmo was able to rectify! My shipment just arrived last night and I’m so excited to try this system on the whole family! Thanks again Elmo!

Unfortunately, I don’t have a review about the product because there was an issue with the delivery services. BUT, I did have an excellent costumer service experience with Qure. Abby was attentive and helpful to the fullest. She kept me updated throughout and really took amazing care of my requests. I can’t rate high enough! Thank you!!
